At The Courtyards At River Park, assisted living offers our residents a lifestyle that celebrates their independence but offers assistance where needed to enhance quality of life. Services and Amenities Included in Assisted Living Basic Service
- A reserved, private or semi-private apartment, including a kitchenette, full bathroom and maintenance services.
- All basic utilities and basic cable (telephone and expanded cable options are available from local service providers pursuant to a private agreement between the provider and resident)
- Three nutritious meals served daily in the community dining room; snacks are always available
- Weekly housekeeping services
- Weekly laundering of flat linens and personal laundry
- Emergency response system and 24-hour community staffing
